"Pretty good, but the color was off"
I just got my order, so maybe it’s still fresh in my mind, but the color being a little different than what I picked kind of bugged me. The shirt itself was the right one and the size fit fine, so it wasn’t a total miss or anything. Shipping was okay too, nothing amazing but not bad. I’d probably order again, but next time I’d double-check the color options a little more carefully.

"Shipping took way too long"
The shipping was really slow, honestly. My package showed up way later than I was expecting, and clear updates I really didn’t get either. So I was just kind of waiting around, annoyed, not knowing what was going on.

"I had a good feeling when I saw it"
The print came out really nice. The colors look sharp, and everything just feels clean and well done. my gut reaction when I first saw it was that it looked even better than I expected.

"Heads up: the sizing is actually spot-on"
Just a quick warning for anyone stressing over the fit like I was, I ordered my usual size and it fit way better than I expected. The hoodie wasn’t tight or overly baggy, and the sleeves hit right where they should. I was a little worried before it arrived, but for me, the sizing was accurate.

"My order arrived in a beat-up..."
My order arrived in a beat-up box with almost no padding inside. Luckily the item itself wasn’t damaged, but the packaging felt careless. I didn’t bother reaching out to customer service because I never really trust them to do much beyond send a generic apology. Definitely not ordering again
